Condominium Manager
We are seeking a professional who may hold their Condominium Licenses (general or limited), or enrolled/willing to take prescribed courses to become a licensed condominium Manager.

Establish and maintain solid relationships and team building with Board members, building staff, unit owners, vendors and your internal team at Royal Property.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of not-for-profit corporations, which may contain a mix of low/high rise buildings and town homes. Your specialized knowledge in building components, project management, finance, condo law/insurance, and solid customer service and team building is essential. You will manage all aspects of daily property maintenance and a focus on planning capital improvements and other duties as required.

Rental Assistant
We are seeking an individual who has knowledge of rental guidelines and aid in the administration of leases, N4’s L1’s filing showing units, tenant lease preparation and building maintenance. Interacting with tenant complaints and requests.
All other duties that are associated with Rental management.

Accounting Manager
We are seeking a professional accounting person who holds a CPA/CGA designation to help with year ends, monthly accounting etc. This person must be fluent in excel and have a strong background in bank reconciliation, statement preparation and troubleshooting accounting errors. All other duties as they relate to keeping books for business’s.
