General House Check

We visit the property and do a full check ensure that all of your windows and doors are locked and secure to prevent intruders.

We provide a check list for insurance purposes and we report back to you upon your return or by email.
We also check your heating equipment to make sure its functioning as well inspect plumbing for any leaks to ensure the safety of your home
We do a full check of your home and outbuidings.

Test all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors while you are away and will even replace batteries if needed.

We check refrigerators and freezers to ensure they are functioning properly so there are no surprises when you return.

Bring all mail and flyers into the house, so they do not pile up and show potential intruders that you are away from home.

We will water interior plants and even exterior gardens if necessary and can cut the grass and plow snow. ( priced per time)

We book and arrange for snow removal services to ensure your driveway is clear when you get home from work or vacation.

Our team can also assist with arranging some light housekeeping
as well as winterizing and de winterizing your property, so the change of seasons is easy and organized.
