Should you not require our management services, but need to find new tenants for your rental units, we offer a tenant acquisition service. 

We market your property, qualify prospective tenants, checking their credit, verifying employment. 

We show your unit, and upon successful completion of the application process, we will provide your new tenant with keys and your contact information. 

We provide you with an executed residential tenancy agreement, as well as supplementary tenant information collected during the approval process.
